⚠ Important return conditions

✔ The package must reach us within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

✘ After this period, we no longer accept returns.

✔ We do not offer refunds. In the event of an accepted return, store credit will be added directly to your customer account.

✔ This credit is valid indefinitely and can only be used on www.babeth.be and in-store.

✔ Please always include the sales receipt or invoice with the order and CIRCLE the item(s) concerned.

How to use your credit/store credit?

The store credit on our Babeth store works like a voucher.

In concrete terms:

• Your credit is registered in your name and linked to your account.

• When placing your next order, at the time of choosing the payment method, select "Apply store credit": the discount will be applied automatically.

👉 If the amount of your order is less than your credit, the remaining balance will remain available for a later time.

👉 If the amount is higher, you will simply pay the difference.
