Returns & Refund Policy

At Babeth, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 days to return it to us. Here's everything you need to know.


 


 

1. Return Period

 

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your package to notify us of your wish to return an item.

After notification, the item must be returned within a maximum of 14 additional days.

 

2. Conditions to be met

 

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused

  • With their original tags, intact

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the return form included in your package (or the withdrawal form, available below)

Any item returned damaged, soiled, stained, bearing traces of perfume or makeup, or with removed tags, will be refused and sent back to the Customer at their expense.

 

3. Excluded Items

 

Sale items, promotional items, or items benefiting from a discount cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

4. How to Return an Item

 

Step 1 — Notify us

 

Fill out the return form below and send it to us by email at contact@babeth.be, specifying:

  • Your first and last name

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) concerned

  • The reason for the return

  • Your preference: credit note or refund (see section 6)

 

Step 2 — Send back the package

 

From a relay point (Mondial Relay): An online return portal is available for you to generate your label. Go to the "return" page.

From your home or any other method: Return your package, at your expense, to the following address:

We advise you to opt for tracked or registered shipping: in case of loss of the returned package, we cannot be held responsible without proof of shipment.

 

5. Return Costs

 

Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of an error in preparation on our part or a defective product (see section 8).

 

6. Processing Your Return

 

Upon receipt of your package at our workshop, we verify that the return conditions are met. Processing takes place within a maximum of 14 days after receipt.

By default: a credit note for the value of the returned items, valid for 6 months on the entire babeth.be website, will be sent to you by email.

Upon express request: a refund can be made to the payment method used during the order. Please specify this in your return request (by email or on the return form).

Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in case of an error on our part.

 

7. Exchanges

 

To change size or color, the procedure is simple:

  1. Return the item following the procedure above

  2. You will receive a credit note for the returned value

  3. Use this credit note to order the desired item, subject to availability

We do not proceed with direct exchanges to avoid stock shortages.

 

8. Defective Item or Delivery Error

 

If you have received a defective, damaged, or different item from the one ordered, contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at contact@babeth.be, including:

  • Your first name, last name, and order number

  • A description of the problem

  • One or more photos

We will arrange at our expense the return of the item and its replacement or refund, according to your choice and availability.

 

9. Legal Guarantee

 

Independent of these commercial return conditions, all our products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, provided by Belgian law. For any request in this regard, contact us at contact@babeth.be.
